Transfiera a una licuadora para hacer pur\u00e9, agregue agua seg\u00fan sea necesario o si la crema resultante es demasiado espesa.<\/li>\n<li>Por separado, rompa un huevo en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o y d\u00e9jelo a un lado.<\/li>\n<li>Ponga agua en una olla peque\u00f1a y lleve el agua a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego lento (las burbujas peque\u00f1as son lo que debe buscar). Revuelva el agua con un movimiento circular. Mientras revuelve, agregue con cuidado el huevo en el centro.
