Es un bocadillo o aperitivo delicioso con infinitas formas de llenarlo: solo requiere una bandeja humeante y envoltorios de wonton del tama\u00f1o de la palma de la mano listos para usar. Nuestra versi\u00f3n vegana est\u00e1 hecha con arroz glutinoso, tofu, champi\u00f1ones, zanahorias y est\u00e1 aromatizada con fragantes jengibre y cebolleta <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(cebollines).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Son perfectos cuando se sumergen en un poco de salsa de soja con jengibre. \u00a1F\u00e1ciles, deliciosos y tan divertidos de hacer como de comer! Llenarlo con agua hasta que el nivel est\u00e9 4\u201d por encima del arroz.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remojar el arroz de 6 a 24 horas. El arroz se expandir\u00e1 al remojar. \u00a1Drenar el agua!<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empecemos por el relleno. Picar las setas, la cebolleta, el jengibre, la zanahoria y el ajo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n mediana y agregar el ajo, la cebolleta, el jengibre y la zanahoria. Sofre\u00edr durante unos minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezclar los champi\u00f1ones y seguir revolviendo durante 5 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar la salsa de soja, el aceite de s\u00e9samo, la salsa de hongos ostras rey y el caldo de verduras. Revolver durante 3 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Desmenuzar el tofu en la mezcla, puedes usar tus manos, como lo hemos hecho y mezclar nuevamente!<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar el arroz glutinoso y 2 tazas de agua, dejar hervir. Tapar la sart\u00e9n y cocinar a fuego lento durante 10 minutos a fuego medio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar rodajas finas de zanahoria en una vaporera de bamb\u00fa. Esto evitar\u00e1 que el shumai se pegue al suelo del vaporizador de bamb\u00fa.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1s listo para montar el shumai. Tomar una piel de wonton y agregar aproximadamente 1 \u00bd cucharadita de relleno al centro. Apretar el envoltorio alrededor para darle la forma que quieras.
