Ingredients

1 pound of King Trumpet mushrooms
Fresh basil leaves

Seasoning

2 tablespoons of garlic oil (a mixture of 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil)
1 tablespoon of butter
Crushed walnut
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Sea salt

Directions

  1. Cross-cut the mushrooms 1 cm thick, then crosscut in the opposite direction. Pan-fry the mushrooms.
  2. Chop and add the basil leaves, then combine all seasonings.
  3. Add butter.
